Opor Ayam instructions
- Siapkan semua bahan. Didihkan 1 ltr air bersama serai, jahe, daun salam, daun jeruk dan daun kunyit. Masukkan ayam. Biarkan 10 menit, sambil diaduk, angkat. Goreng sebentar tidak perlu sampai berkulit.
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi dan matang. Masukan bahan tambahan. Masukkan ayam aduk rata..
- Tuang air panas. Biarkan mendidih dengan api kecil. Masukkan santan, biarkan mendidih kembali, koreksi rasa. Angkat. Sajikan.
